SEN TA - Autism Focus

Are you a caring, resilient SEN TA with a passion for working with autistic young people aged 11-19?

We are recruiting outstanding SEN TAs - Autism Focus to join specialist SEN schools supporting students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and associated needs. You will provide structured classroom support, promote independence, and help students with communication, sensory needs, and emotional regulation.

We are looking for a committed SEN TA - Autism Focus who can work as part of a multidisciplinary team, follow EHCPs, and adapt learning to meet individual needs.

Role:

• Monday - Friday - 8:30 - 3:30
• 1-1 or Group work
• Behaviour and learning support for ASD/Non-verbal or ADHD
• classroom based
• Newham

Requirements:

• Previous experience supporting ASC/Autism

• Strong behaviour support strategies

• Calm, patient, and resilient approach

• Enhanced Child and Adult DBS on the Update Service
