Behaviour and Learning Mentor - SEN

Remedy are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour and Learning Mentor to join a school in Epping. This full-time role is perfect for someone passionate about supporting children with special educational needs to achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with ASD, helping them develop positive behaviour and learning strategies
- Work closely with teaching staff to implement personalised interventions and support plans
- Assist in creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to staff and parents

Requirements:
- Experience working with children with ASD or other SEN is essential
- Strong communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage challenging behaviour and maintain a calm, supportive approach
- Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, or mentoring are desirable
