We are looking for a nurturing and passionate Behaviour Support Mentor to join one our leading SEN schools in South East London. You will be delivering the best support to students aged 11-15. We would require you to have strong Autism experience as most of the students have mild SEN and are high functioning.

Behaviour Mentor | Job Details:

  • Position: Behaviour Mentor

  • Location: Greenwich, South East London
  • Contract: Long Term / Full Time
  • Hours: 09:00 - 15:00
  • School Type: £95-£115
  • Rate: £95 - £115 per day

Behaviour Mentor | Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with classroom teachers and special education professionals to support students with challenging behaviour ranging from ASD and ADHD
  • Working in the inclusion unit within a Mainstream School
  • Implement behaviour intervention plans and strategies to address individual student needs.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators to develop and implement effective solutions.

  • Proven experience in a behaviour mentor, counselling, or similar role within an educational setting.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a diverse workload.
