Remedy Education are looking for a trusting and passionate Behaviour Support Mentor to join one our leading SEN schools in South East London. You will be delivering the best support to students aged 11-15. We would require you to have strong Autism experience as most of the students have mild SEN and are high functioning.

Behaviour Mentor | Job Details:

Position: Behaviour Mentor

Start Date: September 2024

Location: SW12, South East London

Contract: Long Term / Full Time

Hours: 08:45 - 15:00

Rate: £95 - £115 per day

School Type: SEN Secondary

Behaviour Mentor | Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with classroom teachers and special education professionals to support students with challenging behaviour ranging from ASD and ADHD
  • Working in the inclusion unit within a Mainstream School
  • Implement behaviour intervention plans and strategies to address individual student needs.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators to develop and implement effective solutions.

Behaviour Mentor | What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in a behaviour mentor, counselling, or similar role within an educational setting.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a diverse workload.
