ROLE:Behaviour Support Assistant - KS3, KS4 and KS5

PAY:£100 - £105 per day (depending on experience)

WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 4.00pm

START:September 2024

CONTRACT TYPE:Long term contract, entire academic year

LOCATION:Croydon, Crystal Palace

A well-established and highly regarded Secondary SEN school are on the hunt for a Behaviour Support Assistant to join their inclusive team.

Behaviour Support Assistant

·Supporting children on a 1:1 and small group basis

·Working with children in and out of the classroom

·Strong academics across the board - Degree (ideal), A levels and GCSEs

·Experience in a previous similar role (paid or voluntary) would be ideal

·Proactive, reflective and committed

·Passionate about the potential of every pupil

·Able to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with staff, pupils and parents

·Motivated to continually improve standards and achieve excellence

·Must be able to use your own initiative - in & out of the classroom
