Humanities Teacher South Ockendon

Job Title: Humanities Teacher (Geography, History, and RE)
Location: South Ockendon
Contract Type: Temp - Perm

Salary: Salary is negotiable depending on experience and pay scale, but daily rates start from £140 per day up to £240 per day.

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Humanities Teacher to join our dedicated team at a school located in South Ockendon. This exciting opportunity involves teaching Geography, History, and Religious Education up to GCSE level, contributing to the intellectual and personal development of our students.

As a Humanities Teacher at this school. you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our students. Your ability to inspire and educate in Geography, History, and RE will contribute to the development of well-rounded individuals with a strong foundation in the humanities. We are committed to fostering an inclusive and stimulating learning environment, and your dedication to providing high-quality education will be central to achieving this goal.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Geography, History, and RE to students up to GCSE level.
* Inspire and motivate students to develop a love for humanities subjects.
* Contribute to the development of the humanities curriculum.
* Assess and provide constructive feedback to students.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.

Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Proven experience teaching Geography, History, and RE up to GCSE level.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
* CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible.
