Are you looking for a brand new position in September At Remedy we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Spanish to join this thriving school in Greenwich until the end of the academic year. The school is an 11-18 mixed comprehensive with a terrific OFSTED rating. They have a stable and supportive Modern Foreign Languages department, which consists of a good mix of experience and is dedicated to providing excellent languages curriculum to their students.

MFL Teacher - South East London

  • Job Title: MFL Teacher - KS3 & 4

  • Salary: £200 - £230


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver creative and engaging Spanish lessons at KS3 and KS4 levels.
  • Inspire students to develop a love for languages and achieve their full potential in the subject.
  • Work cross-curriculum to promote languages and cultural understanding throughout the school.
  • Collaborate with colleagues within the department and across other subjects to integrate language learning into the wider curriculum.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational trends.
  • Uphold the school's values and contribute positively to the school community.

Requirements:

  • A recognised teaching qualification with a specialisation in French or Spanish.
  • Proficiency in Spanish, with the ability to teach both languages up to KS4.
  • Passion for languages and a commitment to inspiring students to achieve their best.
  • Ability to design creative and engaging lessons that motivate and challenge students.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
