Night's Job Coach
Location: Enfield
Hours: 3 Hours
Shift Pattern: 10:30pm - 1:30am or 4am - 7am

This school runs a post-employment service that provides needs-based Access to Work funding and job coaching for young people with SEND
Overview of the Role
We are looking for a job coach who can support a young person working a night shift in enfield. therefore a 3-hour support would be required either 10.30-1.30am or 4am-7am once or twice per week
Key Responsibilities
Working closely with individuals who have graduated from the School's Supported Internship Programme, the Job Coaches provide 'hands on' workplace support to early career employees (aged 19-25) and their employers.
To flourish in this highly rewarding and varied role, you'll be an adaptable people person and an effective communicator with a desire to bring about fairer, more inclusive and equitable workplaces.
You must be able to demonstrate the ability to support young people with SEND to transition into employment and take their first steps towards independence.
