Position: School Administrator (Part time)
Location: Greenwich, South East London
Type: Part Time - Monday to Friday, 12pm until 5pm
Start Date: ASAP
Remedy Education are working with a fantastic Secondary school in Greenwich who are seeking a strong Administrator to join their team on a Part time basis. The ideal candidate will be supportive, bubbly and a great team player.
Key Requirements:
- Experience:
- Previous experience in school administration or education is essential.
- Experience in Arbor/SIMS and Census is essential.
- Experience in Attendance is essential.
- Strong knowledge of social media and Canva
- Skills:
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a school environment.
- Able to work as part of a team as well as individually
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate student records and attendance.
- Welcome parents, students, and visitors with a friendly and helpful approach.
- Assist in the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth school operations.
- Provide efficient assistance to the school office.
- Controlling social media accounts and News letters
