Location: South West London
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Contract Type: Full-Time, Term-Time Only (with additional days negotiable)

The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Data Administrator to join our administrative team. This vital role supports the smooth running of the school by managing and analysing data to help drive informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the school's Management Information System (MIS).
- Collect, input, and analyse student, staff, and school performance data.
- Prepare reports for senior leadership, governors, and external bodies as required.
- Support timetabling, assessment, and attendance monitoring processes.
- Ensure data compliance with GDPR and other regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on data systems.
- Collaborate with other administrative and teaching staff to support the smooth operation of the school.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a data administration role, ideally in an educational setting.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and familiarity with MIS systems (e.g., SIMS, Arbor, or similar).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and solutions-focused attitude.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security.
