We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the school's finance department, starting as soon as possible, with a comprehensive 6-week handover period. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from £160 - £180 per day, dependent on experience.
Job Description:
As the School Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations within the school. Your key duties will include:
- Managing the school's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Overseeing the preparation of financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies
- Managing payroll, invoicing, and procurement processes
- Liaising with external auditors and stakeholders
- Providing strategic financial advice to senior leadership
- Leading and developing the finance team
