Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Large Secondary SEN school
Are you a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) with experience working with students on the autism spectrum? Perhaps you've a passion for making a positive impact on a young person's life through education and support? If so, we have a rewarding opportunity for you!
Remedy Education are working alongside a reputable secondary school based in Greenwich to find a caring LSA to work closely with students who have ASD and challenging behaviour.

Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to the SEN ASD pupil in classroom activities
- Assist in implementing personalised learning plans to suit the pupil's needs
- Support the pupil in social interactions and the development of social skills
- Collaborate with teachers and SEN staff to assess the pupil's progress
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for the pupil
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have previous experience working as an LSA with students on the autism spectrum
- Possess a genuine passion for education and supporting young learners
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Show adaptability, patience, and a positive attitude
- Are committed to continuous professional development and learning
