SEN Teacher

As an SEN Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering personalised education plans that enable students to achieve their full potential.
Role responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of students with SEN
- Support students' social, emotional, and academic development
- Work closely with teaching assistants, support staff, and external professionals to create a holistic approach to each child's education
- Monitor student progress, adapting teaching strategies to ensure positive outcomes
- Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in teaching SEN students
- Strong understanding of a range of special educational needs, including autism and learning difficulties
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and behaviour management skills
- A compassionate, flexible approach with a passion for supporting students with additional needs

Contract: Full-time, long-term position
