East London Council - HR Project Manager
Job description
The purpose of this role will be to Project Manage the HR activity associated with the re- tendering and selection of the Council's Agency Worker contract provision (the solution) with an anticipated spend of c.£120m across 4 years. This will require coordination of stakeholder engagement across the council and in particular HR, IT, Finance, Legal and Procurement.
The scope of this project extends from gathering and specifying requirements and seeking Cabinet approval for
procurement methodology, through to establishing contract governance protocols.
There is a requirement to prepare for implementation of the solution - although implementation may not happen within
the term of this project.
