The London Borough of Harrow is currently seeking a Service Manager for Capital Programmes. This position requires 2-3 days of in-office work in the London Borough of Harrow.

Candidates must have experience in the following areas:

• SEND school direct delivery PM (Borras)
• Leisure facilities - Refurbishment and new build Client PM (Gleeds)
• Capital PM support to Facilities & Estates
• Schools backlog maintenance programme PM (Pick Everard)
• Deputising for Head of Estates and Facilities
• Decarbonation projects
• Local Authority experience
