Are you a dedicated Teaching Assistant with experience supporting students in a Secondary setting?

Remedy are working with mainstream Secondary school based in Bromley, supporting in their search for an experienced and proactive Teaching Assistant to join their team.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support children in and out of the classroom throughout the full school day. The school are looking for someone who is hard-working and happy to get stuck in. The school are also looking for someone who can be flexible and work across a range of year groups, supporting where necessary.

What do the school require from you?

  • Experience working in a Nursery, Primary or Secondary school.
  • A willingness to learn about SEND and support children on a 1:1 basis when necessary.
  • Confidence in your ability to remain calm under pressure and use your initiative.
  • Show patience, empathy, and a proactive mindset to any situation.
  • Have knowledge of relevant safeguarding policies and procedures.
