* Extensive ERP delivery experience, preferably within in the public sector * Proven ability of leading a workstream focused on technology transformation, operational improvements to structures and procedures, & change management * Leadership experience of supporting and guiding team members and ensuring they are clear on their responsibilities and are held to account for their delivery * A strong understanding of the current and emerging HR technology landscape * Credibility both at a senior level and broadly across the organisation * Covering all aspects of HR * including, and not limited to HCM * Payroll, Recruitment & Onboarding * Learning and Management Information * Case Management * Pay and Reward * Leadership alignment and understanding of the HR workstream * Strategic direction and roadmap to mobilisation Hybrid working 2 days a week on site or work schedule permitting up to 3 days per week offsite Excellent transport links to London Bridge overground and underground stations If you are interested in this role please send your updated CV in the first instance. |
