Job Overview:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support classroom activities, helping students with their learning and ensuring their academic development. The ideal Teaching Assistant will have experience working in a school setting, though training will be provided. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education and supporting student's learning journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Teaching Assistant in providing classroom support to teachers.

• Help students with learning activities, both in groups and one-on-one.

• Support students with special educational needs (SEN).

• Contribute to maintaining a positive classroom environment.

• Monitor student progress and assist in assessments.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children is beneficial.

• Strong communication skills.

• Passion for helping students succeed in their learning.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
